The Importance
Throughout the State of Arizona many communities and establishments have been experiencing significant difficulties in association with the sale of spirituous liquor to underage and intoxicated individuals.

Due to the severity and the frequency of these violations the State of Arizona has taken a very aggressive approach. A variety of programs and operations addressing these situations are presently being implemented, along with a dramatic increase in fines and penalties designed to ensure compliance. These facts cast a tremendous amount of responsibility and liability in connection with having a liquor license.

Furthermore, §4-210(B)(2) ARS states, ”acts or omissions of an employee of a licensee, which violate any provision of this title or rules adopted pursuant to this title shall be deemed to be acts or omissions of the licensee.”  Employees found in violation contribute additional administrative fines and penalties and possibly civil litigation, if injury, property damage or death should occur as a result of that misconduct. On the positive side, most of these employee violations are not intentional, but rather a result of lack of knowledge and experience.

AATF can significantly decrease the likelihood of these costly and unwanted situations with our focus on education from practical and professional trainers with unparalleled experience in the liquor industry.
