Training and Certification Programs
On-Sale Basic
Provides quality education for all the staffing needs of on-sale licensed establishments (bars, restaurants, hotels, microbreweries, clubs and special events). This course presents a comprehensive understanding of the liability and responsibility concerns of a licensed beverage server as well as intervention techniques addressing problem situations.
Off-Sale Basic
Superior training for employees of off-sale licensed establishments (liquor, convenience and grocery stores). This program is specific to packaged liquor sales with a primary focus on acceptable forms of identification, recognizing second party sales and refusal of illegal sales.
Management Training On & Off-Sale
The person(s) required to attend the Basic and Management Training (On-Sale and Off-Sale) include owners, licensees/agents, and managers who are actively involved in standardbusiness operations. We have assisted many owners, licensees, agents and managers in the beginning stages obtaining the proper certifications mandated by the State of Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control as well as maintaining and informing pre-existing establishments of currently imposed and updated information vital for successful day to day operations.
Note: The Basic Training is a prerequisite for the Management Training (On-Sale and Off-Sale)
